Positives:
Great location, brilliant breakfast, friendly staff
Negatives:
The lift was awful- had to wait so long for it, there are 27 floors and we were on the 18th so walking wasn’t really an option - although one day we did it as we had waited for 20 minutes with no joy. There are two lifts but one was constantly out of order, this is the only thing that lets this hotel down- please sort it guys, it lets you down so much!

Positives:
Great location and price, especially being we had to make such a last minute booking. The room was pretty snug, but it was an overall nice setup. The staff was welcoming from the second we walked into the door.
Negatives:
Could hear every conversation going on outside our room, the walls truly felt so paper thin. Elevator was broken when we got there, waited at least 10 minutes each time we tried to use it. We took the stairs at one point and there were scattered garbage bags throughout the stair flights, there were even random pairs of black gloves that just freaked my friend and I out.

The hotel is expensive, but you don't really get any value beyond the location...
The hotel feels outdated and things are falling apart... There are only 2 elevators (and 27 floors)... During our stay one of them was broken...
The shower worked, but that's it...

Positives:
Location near Times Square though busy location
Negatives:
They have just 2 elevators for 25 floors shared with cleaning staff. 1 broke down several times in my 6 night stay, the fire brigade had to come to set people free after 45 mins, another it was 15 minutes.
The breakfast is horrible, not Hilton standard at all, if you want an omelette- you have to pay more
No other food service provided on site after breakfast and vending machine.
The room was clean though and usual Hilton standard bed and sheets
