I booked it for the room, with minimum fuss or hassle.

Manager on duty at check in. I was harassed unduly within five minutes of arriving in the lobby wit explanation, reason, or justification. At the same time, women behind the reception desk were loudly speaking in a coarse tone and using vulgar langu

The shower was filthy and the cleaning lady never cleaned it then she came in numerous times and never restocked the toilet tissue I had to go find her and get some and then the fridge in the room didnt work and our food from stk steak house spoiled over

This hotel has only 3 elevators servicing 400+ rooms. Wait times to get on an elevator could be 15+ minutes. Taking the stairs is not an option as the hotel has 40+ floors.

Having to go up and down the stairs because the elevators were too congested. Having the bathroom light randomly turn on in the middle of the night even with the bathroom door closed. Heater was too loud and windows were leaking cold air.

This hotel is a convenient location to major subway stops. Overall it is actually quite clean.
Negatives:
This is a 3 Star hotel at best. The reviews mentioning elevator wait times were not wrong. We had very long waits all but two times and ended up walking down the stairs. Small rooms, smaller "hotel king" beds, no frills, no extras.
