Very good
Positives:
The location is close to public transit and points of interest. The neighborhood is sort of safe. There are free ice machines in several floors.
Negatives:
- This is a 44-floor hotel and there are only 3 elevators. The elevator wait time is 10 minutes in average.
- The reception is at 2nd floor so that you have to wait for the elevators right after you arrive the hotel.
- There are tall buildings around the hotel, but the hotel building is shorter than the neighborhood average. If you stay below 20th floor, the room you stay receives very dim sunlight. It looks almost dark in the room.
- When you call the elevator, any of the 3 elevators would arrive with no audio/visual notification. So after waiting 10-ish minutes for the elevator, you can miss the one that arrives.

The location was perfect and close to all the major attractions . Walkable distance to The batter park to get ferry for Statue of Liberty , Brooklyn Bridege, Brooklyn Promenade to see the skyline ., Wall Street , WTC etc… all were walkable. Nearby Grocery store , 3 subway stations in 2 min walk. Location 10/10
Negatives:
Honestly very disappointing experience . The bed was smaller and was not for a two adults . It was a single bed. The roll in shower facility would bring water just all thru the bathroom with no proper drainage facility . And don’t ask about the lift , pathetic experience . Waiting time minimum 20 mins to either go up or down . In fact all very annoyed due to the lift . Such big hotel and no proper lift maintenance

Location is good close to a few subway stations and ferry. The room is clean.
Negatives:
Long waiting for lift. Staff not always helpful. Knocking my door at six in the morning to provide room service which was wrong room. They promote Hhonors program but the customer service related to Hhonors awful. Every staff explains things differently.

Positives:
Location was great not as crazy as Midtown where we usually stay. The double room we got was the biggest we have had in NYC. Hotel is 7 min walk to Pier 11 where you can catch the ferry to Dumbo/Brooklyn. Also, very close to multiple subway stations and the Staten Island ferry.
Negatives:
There are three elevators but sometimes we had to wait for a long time for an elevator to come. Our room was on floor 39 so taking the stairs was not much of an option.
