Staff not too friendly. Traveling with family and 7 months old baby, always chaotic and lots of bags, forgot one bag in the room, with baby medicines, baby clothes and all my work shirts. Returned there 1 hour after check out, bag was not found, called today and they said they haven’t found. Is sad to see that staff would do that with a baby luggage. Never will go back to the hotel and will avoid Hilton properties

The location is great...walkable to a couple of touristy places

The rooms are really small, corridors really narrow and the lifts took forever to come. It was really pricey (approx $500) for a night's stay

Location is perfect and close to subway. The views were amazing from our room. The elevators take awhile but we were on the top floor so it was worth it. Just make time for the elevator wait. Was very clean.

Zero facilities inside the room, there was no bed room slippers, no dental kit, no vanity kit, no electric heater etc.
Room size was similar to Ibis hotel. I would rather booked Ibis hotel :)
Initially the front desk refused to show the room stating they are not allowed to show the room and was given a no view room.
Later upon request was moved to a higher floor room.
The front end desk Samantha kept saying we have no rooms with a view, where as our front room had a beautiful Hudson river view.
