Exceptional
Positives:
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, easy to get to anywhere in Manhattan. While we weren’t able to check in early, we could store our luggages for the day, that made discovering the city easier.
Negatives:
There are only 2 elevators for 40+ floors. During the peak check-in / check-out times, it is impossible to get into an elevator. We have given up after ~15 minutes and walked up to the 24th floor and repeated the same 2 more times in 2 days. The elevator situation was very disappointing and upsetting.
