I like that they provide you with 4 pillows on your bed. That's huge for me. So that was major points.
Also, we got there super early before check in, around 11am they told us to come back in an hour to check if a room was ready we came back in 2 hours and we were able to do early check in. Rooftop has some really nice views but not too much outside seating, it was busy when we went, so we didn't get to enjoy a drink up there.
Negatives:
As soon as we got in the room I checked for cleanliness and in the bathroom I found a single long hair tangled on the body wash pump located in the shower. But that was it.
Another thing I didn't like was that the courtyard out front would get filled with sketchy characters, I don't blame the hotel for that tho as I don't think there's anything that can be done about that since it's a public area I believe? but I wanted to mention it. I think that just comes with the location.

They over charme for about 300$ and im not talking about the securoty deposite, the room is way smaller than the pictures, poor rooftop with barely 4 tables and same size as one room

Worth the price
Positives:
Close to the Javits centre so we would walk to our conference. Also close to Times Square, but it also meant it was manic at times.
We could leave our luggage whilst waiting for check in time.
Negatives:
Communication prior to check in was poor. Asked numerous times for a twin room but no response.
Rooms are tiny.
Still waiting for clarity on extra charges on my credit card after check out.
Noisy neighbours slamming doors at 4am with room right next to the elevators as well.
Unsavoury characters hanging around infront of the hotel at night.

The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful, the rooms were fabulous, lots of space, super comfy bed, spacious shower, complimentary quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and everywhere was spotlessly clean
