Room service only available for breakfast, even though it is advertised in the hotel's amenities. A bit disappointing also that the restaurant isn't open every day for dinner. A little thing, but can't turn the main light off from the bedside.

Ac was not working properly. Room used to be hot when ac was not on since ac was in auto mode and temp was set to 68 it didn’t go below . Engineer came and fixed but issues were still there .
The breakfast at hotel was not satisfactory not many options for vegetarians . The staff at restaurant were not friendly we had to multiple times ask for coffee then they used to bring or we had to go and ask .

Room was very small. Not enough space to open two suitcases. Cleaning team did not clear the room in their cleaning service - food service plates were left for multiple days and started to grow mould.

the location is great! the hotel its self is really nice. Ive been to New York 4 separate times (we always stay at some type of hilton) this hotel had the comfiest beds!!

i think there was something wrong with the showers. the water was boiling hot. at the coldest setting the water came out steaming, it was unbearable to take a shower... very uncomfortable. the sink also had the same issues we couldn't even wash our hands my hands were so red after washing them it was seriously so hot. I love warm showers, but it was seriously unbearable

Positives:
The property was easy to find and close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. This Hilton was much better than the first one we went to.
Negatives:
The only negative would be the amount of space in the room itself. We had very little space to walk, but that’s New York.

Fabulous hotel with great staff...

Hotel is fine. I would really give it a 5* but unfortunately it’s not worth the stress booking with them is causing. Apparently they can block as many amounts on your card as they wish and booking doesn’t do a thing about this. I chose to pay at check in - the night before we arrived they charged me almost 400 dollars out of nowhere. I don’t care what this practise is - no one should charged me anything without my knowledge that it’s gonna happen especially when I chose to pay when I arrive. It’s option for a reason. What if I don’t have this amount on my card and I’m on a plane? After I land I don’t have anywhere to stay or what? I travel a lot and never in my life at any hotel something like this have happened. It should be listed on booking so guests are prepared and have knowledge that something like is your standard practise. Then at the arrival I was charged another 2000 for the stay & apparently deposit (deposit is much more than they say in booking, so keep that in mind). 2 days after we leave I have another 2000 dollars charged at my card. So now I will wait as long as they like to unblock these charges… or not. You should tell your guests that the amount will be doubled - one blocked and one charged after they leave. I never got any document from the reception desk listing what amount was charged for what. Don’t know how much is deposit, how much are taxes. Apparently it can be any amount they pick the day you arrive and you won’t even know because no one will answer your questions.
