The location of the hotel is great, and the stuff are kind and nice.

I paid for breakfast in my reservation but had to argue for half an hour in order to get it during my first morning there.
Hotel wrote a very short apology through booking after my written complaint, but still, it ruined my day !

Someone had set the alarm clock to go off at 4:07 in the morning. Loudly.
Also, the room was tiny and arranged in such a way that there was very little room on one side of the bed.

Hotel is located right next to Pen station in central Manhattan. Staff is really friendly, room is small but cozy, clean and you get your own coffee machine a coffee pods and tea bags, every day. Hotel has nice rooftop and fancy restaurant. I would totally recommend staying in this hotel.
