Positives:
Convenient location and a bigger room than I had normally experienced in New York City
Had no problems with waiting for lifts, 2 mins max, as others had said might be an issue.
Negatives:
I was kept waiting for an hour after 3pm check in time as the room wasn’t ready. I think just a problem on that day!
Rooms need refurb but was ok to put your head down.
