Positives:
Great hotel in an ideal location for all your NYC needs. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, check in and check out was a breeze.
Negatives:
4 elevators and could be extremely slow but that is to be expected.
Room was a little on the small side but we didn't spend much time in it so did not effect us as much.

We didn’t have any problems with the elevator wait times. Room was clean. Staff were very polite and nice. Location wise at the center of the city.
Negatives:
Unfortunately rooftop bar was under reconstruction. Rooms were small, and looked rather old. We booked one month in advance, but the room was much cheaper a day before staying. Performance for the cost could have been better.

Positives:
The location was fine, and the accommodations were fine. I just had to remember NYC hotel rooms are generally smaller than I'm used too

The elevators were slow, but I did remember reading it prior to my arrival. A little more attention to the cleaning of the bathrooms. I accidentally dropped a make-up item off the sink, and it rolled underneath. When I retrieved it, it was dirty with hair and dust

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I love the fact there were always warm cookies waiting for you at any time of the day. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but was able to check in 2 hours early. That’s what I call great service

The booking system is not working. The receptionist cannot find my reservation information even I provided the confirmation number and the confirmation email. It waste more than 30 minutes. And finally have to book a new room.

We booked this property because or the roof too bar and location. We were told that roof too bar was close due to change of ownership this should be noted on the website. Also room was so small we didn have room to lay 2 suitcases
