Negatives: It is not clear on the booking.com website that children can only use the pool until 10.30am. I would not have booked if I had known this

Negatives: Not a good view

Negatives: I love to sit outside. There is no where to sit on the Terrace when the pool isn't open. Plus there are no kids under 21 at the pool after 1030 am. My 16 year old girls couldn't go to pool. Beautiful space though. Bed uncomfortable but it worked.

Negatives: The room had a few not working items. Broken shower head, sink handle fell off every time the water was turned off and refrigerator didn’t work. I had to ask twice for a refrigerator replacement. Even when late check out was granted we had multiple loud knocks on the door before the granted time. From day 1 we arrived we noticed room service trays outside our neighbors door and remained there for 3 days. Would not stay or recommend this facility

Negatives: Where do I start? Arrived and told our room wouldn't be ready until 5pm because a Hyatt Global member was granted an extra late checkout (4:30). So I'm basically paying for the last 2 hours of their stay since check in is at 3pm. They offered us a downgraded room with no compensation other than to wave city resort fee. Went back at 4 to see if they had checked out and we could get in the room yet and were told no they decided to stay another night...in OUR room! We had purposely booked a pool ACCESS room so we could walk right out our door to the pool deck. Once we finally go into the room, half the day was gone so the pool access all day was mostly wasted. They did end up giving us a larger room which was nice, but then the following day we could not get out of our room to the pool because they had a padlock on our gate to the pool area. Chairs are first come first serve, so sitting behind a locked gate when the pool opened watching every other guest walk in from the lobby and grab chairs and spots by the pool while I stood behind my gate was beyond frustrating when I specifically booked an ACCESS room for this exact purpose. called security multiple times to get unlocked and then received attitude when they finally came and let us out of our room. To compensate for everything they gave us a measly 1 drink each at the pool. The only helpful person on day 2 was Chris at the front desk who on the second day tried his best to help us.

Negatives: Room not well light, not amenities even basic coffee machine missing

Negatives: The Club on the 12th floor could be heard at my 3rd floor hotel room. going on until 4 am

Negatives: You need to pay for the chairs at the pool after 11 AM

Negatives: Didn’t get room cleaning first 2 days ! Had to go out to get am coffee.

Negatives: Was a little confused about the pool situation, like you can fo there but you had to purchase a chair??
