They don't have parking, you need to park your car in public parking and once it's in you can't take it out otherwise you will pay again $45. So it's like storing your car. I'm still waiting for parking credit since the information is misleading.

Positives:
Phenomenal tiny hotel enabling easy access to Broadway, Central Park and some of the key streets in Midtown. Facilities are aged, but are not something you can complain about given the convenience of the location. A sizeable wardrobe within such a small-sized room was very welcome. Hotel also provides great rates for airport transfers, undercutting local ridesharing prices.
Negatives:
No obvious disadvantages to this property, especially compared to the available accommodation in Midtown and their respective prices.

The room rates are overcharged. Please look into this matter with immediate action. I stayed at room 716, April 27 to May 1, 2024 (4 nights, King Room Bronze). The room is smaller than expected. No mini bar, had to ask for a fridge and kettle. No drinking cup, no folk nor knife were provided. The corridor and room carpet looked old and dirty. The room showed wear and tear. Construction noise was heard on April 29, 30 and May 1. The noise started around 8:00 am. The hotel staff said it was major construction nearby and it will go on for some years. Booking.com needs to update the room facilities and check whether the room rates quoted is reasonable.

location of the property was good. the room was spacious enough for 1-2 people and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar was a nice feature that we enjoyed.
Negatives:
the building elevators are horribly slow. the staff was rude other than one valet that was very helpful and nice. others were not as accommodating and unprofessional.
