Kind and helpful staff, perfect location ( subway on the corner, walking distance to Central Park, MoMA, Times Squer, Rockefeller Center), clean room, and rooftop bar (good pictures there).

Stret noise, but that you cannot really avoid.

couldn’t sleep because of many noisy people and bad insolation. the smell of marijuana. Housekeeping also noisy. Old and outdated facilities. Dirty carpet with disgusting stains. The hotel is pet friendly but the dogs kept barking all night. My son’s room 1119 had huge stain of vomit on the window. The ironing board is a joke, very small and should not be used in a hotel belongs to Hyatt group. We asked if he can set in the roof terrace, one of the employees opened the left for us, 30 minutes later someone came and started screaming at us asking us to leave immediately. He was very rude. I informed the front desk and asked to talk to the manager, the took my US mobile number but no one called. Then I decided to leave the hotel and book somewhere else.

Positives:
I've travelled around the US for past month and this was the best place I stayed. Great location for what I wanted, the room was so nice, the bed wonderful and the pillows??? Best pillows across North America. The staff were so nice and helpful when we were there and I had questions . The attached bar was good , a little pricey but good and great staff. I think it was called Ricky's or Randy's Bar. The restaurant, Serafinos, on the corner of the hotel was Devine and that rooftop bar??? Topped it all off. Loooooved this place and will be back

All the extra fees and taxes but with Booking.com it gave me ALL the fees within the price, which is an option to select pricing to show that, when you book.

Positives:
We were greeted by Chris our first day and he really set the tone for an amazing trip. He is professional, helpful and kind. Really made us feel welcomed at the hotel and in New York City!
The room was very nice and clean. Restaurant and bar also amazing. Best espresso Martini I've ever had at Serafina.

First of all, the staff folks were uniformly excellent. All of them. Courteous, helpful and accommodating. Facilities are great and simple, and everything works. High value and low stress - ideal for work travel.
