Positives:
Location was very central to various subway lines and attractions on foot. The hotel had a cute design in the rooms and the building had neat architecture.
Negatives:
There were some issues with the room: the fridge was not functioning, the shower backed up and filled with water, some of the bed-lights didn't work. Right outside the room there was constant laundry or trash trucks doing work all night long which made it difficult to sleep. The restaurants in the hotel (PHD, Sarafina, Ricky) had mediocre food & drinks at best, inattentive staff at worst, and were very pricey.

They don't have parking, you need to park your car in public parking and once it's in you can't take it out otherwise you will pay again $45. So it's like storing your car. I'm still waiting for parking credit since the information is misleading.

Positives:
Phenomenal tiny hotel enabling easy access to Broadway, Central Park and some of the key streets in Midtown. Facilities are aged, but are not something you can complain about given the convenience of the location. A sizeable wardrobe within such a small-sized room was very welcome. Hotel also provides great rates for airport transfers, undercutting local ridesharing prices.
Negatives:
No obvious disadvantages to this property, especially compared to the available accommodation in Midtown and their respective prices.
