Friendly Staff that was very helpful, professional and organised. Good management even at full capacity.
Breakfast was surprisingly good, variety including, pork sausage, eggs, pancake, museli, bagels and breads. Decent number of seats/tables in dining area.
The room is abit more spacious and alot nicer than it looks on photo. You can leave 2 big suit cases open, if you walk around it.
Room is super clean and amenities look recently furbished. Heaps of charging ports, including USB slots. Didnt cook but stove top, dishwasher, microwave and big fridge all available.
There was some construction going on at night/ very early hours of the morning, so there was some back noise, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Would still stay here again.
Negatives:
Wooden bedframe quite squeaky whenever you got on and off, or sat down, at the toe end of the bed.

Close to both Penn Station (easy train ride to Newark Airport/NJTransit and the US Open/LIRR) and Times Square/42nd Street (subway). Breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast - had scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes. Weekday evening social hour with free wine/beer and snacks was great.

The wait for elevators was long during breakfast times/check out times. But no problem other times.

Staffs are supportive. The location is excellent. If we’re the owner, I could have provided various options for breakfast as well as happy hours. No fish, chicken and fruit/ organic juices.

The room missed shampoo and body wash since day one. I reported in person and the personnel didn't take care of it.
Also, when they clean the room they still miss to fill out Body wash and shampoo (I ended up buying from a local store). Also, one to the mattress was damaged since day one. I reported as well and nobody check it. Honestly the personnel in this hotel need to improve.
