location is close to several transport options (train, subways) and to NYC sights - breakfast is nice to be included in rate - front desk woman (Maria?) was super friendly and helpful - room was quiet for facing a main street - good water pressure in shower - many staff to keep common areas clean

need key card to open outer door but don't have before checking in, so how? - 3 elevators but are very slow during breakfast rush - small lobby area and the tall wingback chairs are stained and dirty - some decor (paint and wallpaper) showing signs of wear - 1 front desk guy (Myron?) was unfriendly
