The $30.00 really fee doesn't roll over even when I was still booked in the hotel the next day. I didn't use one of the 30.00 meal fares because my husband and I went to dinner celebrating our anniversary. We lost 30.00. I did not like the fact that it was list and not refunded. The hotel makes a lot of money so why keep my money. That's greed.I appreciate the service that Dinu provided.

The location is close to all the attractions. The King Suite Empire View was awesome. The view is amazing. There was enough room for 3 ppl and not feel confined. I liked the setup with the divider between the bed and sleep sofa, and each side has a tv.
The buffet breakfast was like cooking at home. You had a full breakfast bar, which was not a disappointment. The only downside was the space for dining, but that's when patience comes into play. The breakfast is worth the wait.
Negatives:
There was a slight leak from the shower floor base during showers. You had to put a towel to keep it from soaking the floor. This is a minor thing that can be corrected. Overall, the room was not a disappointment.

It was a great location...

The best part about our stay was Dinu, who helped us get around, hold our luggage, book us a car, and generally made our stay great. In addition, the people running the breakfast were super friendly and helpful.
Also, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The location was great! We walked or took the subway everywhere we wanted to go.

Rooms were smaller than anticipated. Was surprised at the “resort fee”. I did not see that information prior to booking. Breakfast area gets very congested and is too narrow to accommodate the volume

It was nice & clean. Ejuan the bartender was great. Downstairs restroom was nice and clean. Loved the the lower lounge area by the lobby. Happy Hour was great. The water in lobby.

The elevators were so slow and took a long time, which every time I came back from the city there was a long line. There’s almost no room for luggage to keep in your room. Closet is super small the Clothes hung so low. Housekeeping was done so late. We were in the room most of the time when they came to clean.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. There’s one person I need to named cause he was such a nice, friendly and very kind employee, he went above and beyond to help us as soon as we arrived, DINU, you are an excellent employee, thank you for all you do. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. We will be coming back soon.
