There aren’t sufficient lifts for the size of the hotel so you have to wait a while for them.

Good location, decent breakfast, friendly staff. The room was clean and they always had nice cold water in the lobby with lemon/limes. Bed large and comfortable.
Negatives:
They really cheap out when it comes to toilet paper.
Felt like sometimes they only had one elevator going at a time because the wait times would be so long, and then it’d arrive to the floor already full of people. I’d normally opt for the stairs but that’s difficult with a stroller.

Pleasant stay, pleasant staff
Positives:
The localization is amazing, very strategic, close to both uptown and downtown most sought-after attractions and subway lines. Breakfast is quite good too. The room is small but well designed too, with 2 spaces, 2 TVs, a couch, with fridge and microwave, quite useful.
Negatives:
We've had a few problems that, for the price, I don't consider acceptable:
- lack of room service for 2 days in a row, having to explicitly request it, and insist, to get (I had to ask twice during the day);
- the major problem: hot water - I had to have cold showers many times during our stays - during the 9 days spent, at least 4; the staff would say "our engineer is fixing it", but then it wouldn't get fixed until the other day or many hours later. Really frustrating.
They seem to be still struggling to keep up with their high demand (hotel was fully booked).
