Elevators were always busy and had to wait long time, the breakfast restaurant always crowded and food was just ok, better have breakfast outside. The room usually got cleaned very late and one day didn’t get clean at all, poor service

The morning cafe staff on the 4th floor were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Negatives:
We didn't get the room that we booked. We got a downgrade and were never refunded for the difference. There was another couple there, and the same thing happened to them. The front desk staff and manager blamed it on booking.com and they did nothing to fix it. The $30 per room credit got you maybe one or two drink or food items. The Heist lounge/restaurant was not good and very slow wait staff. The room was very small! It was so small that the closet door in the bathroom grazed/bumped the toilet seat upon opening and closing the door. The fire alarm went off at 6am on Tuesday and we had to walk down 37 flights of stairs.
I do not recommend staying at the Embassy suites and do not book through booking.com.
The continental breakfast was very good and the wait staff in the morning cafe were friendly.

All the guest service employees were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating to my need. Also, there was an alarm scare at 6 am. The staff did great at informing the guests on what was going on and ensured everyone was safe.
