The breakfast was good and so was the lounge area for waiting etc.
Negatives:
Breakfast was hardly ever on time, resulting in long lines of people wondering what was going on. Seven o'clock was the official opening time but it was neither possible to start at seven nor at seven ten. People literally piled up in front of the elevators - totally unprofessional and a huge disappointment.

Breakfast was ok, with warm dishes options, bread, fruits, yogurt. Location is great, very close to main attractions like Grand Central Station, Bryan Park, Moma, etc.
Negatives:
room was not properly clean. There was hair from previews guest in the room, the sofa had some weird white dirt and stains, floor was a bit dusty, the room was tight and not very bright, the bathroom was extremely tight.
