I was very disappointed in the parking arrangements as being disabled that plays a big part in deciding where to stay. Obviously staying in new york i knew it was highly unlikely we could park outside but the info indicated that it was not too far away and had disabled bays. It turned out that the parking was a fair amount away and when we arrived we drove down a steep ramp and had to leave the car there and they would actually park it. So fortunatly my husband had taken our luggage into the hotel prior to this all we had to get of the car was my mobiltiy scooter. The lift was out of order which meant i had to drive my scooter up a steep ramp which was too steep for my scooter so my husband had to push me. It also took us ages to find the hotel as not knowing the area we got lost. I did point this out to the receptionist and he said that there was parking closer but the one he recommended was affiliated the the hotel. Also the manager sent an email asking us to rate the hotel and i told him also of our issues but he has not even replied.

AC wasn’t working, they suggested to change room, but I set up everything, and that was to much inconvenience for being moving everything, after I desinfecte everything, it was late, I was exhausted.
