Easily accessible and good location in midtown.
The rooms were clean and modern enough, though some signs of age in some places overall they were very good for a very reasonable price. Rooms were a decent size, but the double beds were small with little space either side.
They were reasonably well cleaned each day and fresh towels always provided. The coffee/tea provisions were ok.
The bathrooms were spacious - especially the showers - with hot running water throughout our stay.
Negatives:
The soap dispenser ran out midway through our stay and was never replenished. The ice maker on our floor was never operational. It was very hot when we stayed so small but important stuff and things we did make reception aware of.
Reception staff, although not impolite, were just very functional and not welcoming at all.
The reception area is cramped near the lifts and not very well positioned.

We enjoyed every day of our stay here. Everything was excellent starting from the welcoming hosts and great location in the heart of the city and finishing with the ultimate comfort and calm nights.
Negatives:
We haven't tried breakfasts, so cannot say how good they are :)
