The staff was friendly. Staff available 24 hours. Doors locked after midnight. THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE SO COMFORTABLE. location perfect for our trip

Positives:
Location is superb. Only thing to dislike about the location: its dirty right outside and beside the hotel - garbage dumps piled over. But at just a few seconds walk you are at the subway steps and Mcds, starbucks and many restaurants at the disposal.
The rooms were clean and staff was very polite and helpful. We got 2 rooms at different floors but they kindly made extra efforts to change the rooms for our convenience for rest of our stay. With Newyork standards the rooms were spacious.
Best of all: PARKING is bang opposite the hotel which was extremely convenient.
Negatives:
Good and cheap breakfast option inclusive at the price should have been really good.
