Great staff, clean rooms, speedy elevators, great common area with large screen TV, nice restaurant and bar and cool room amenities including wo area in each room.

Proximity to MSG/Penn Station, drapes kept the light out, nice and competent staff

The LED lights behind the bed came on at 5:30am and woke us up and then had trouble using the remote to get the lights to stay off.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. A room key was needed to use the elevators.

Positives:
The staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was very good. Check in and out were seamless. We stayed on an upper floor so it was very quiet with little street noise. This is a convenient location to train station and subway.
Negatives:
The street has a lot of construction on it but that is temporary.

We went to see an event at Madison Square Garden and the hotel was only 2 blocks away and very close to a few nice restaurants. The staff was very warm and welcoming. It was extremely clean. I will stay there again for sure!
