Sofa bed was uncomfortable and sloped towards the center which makes it a disaster to share. The room lacked noise insulation from the outside. Ive stayed in several NYC hotels and this was the worst one for noise. It was so loud it was hard to sleep

I like the location of the hotel it was in close proximity to Times Square and stores and restaurants were in walking distance!

The room was SUPER small my son and are were trampling on top of each other! No couch nor microwave! Just desk, roll out chair and tiny bed! U have to basically turn sideways to get to the chair! Tiny tiny room

We waited for a while after the check-in to get in the room. However, I dont think its their fault. Its the day before Christmas Eve so its understandable.

We were greeted with champagne at checkin. It was a nice touch. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent location

Bed was a little hard but I did get a good nights sleep. Parking was not included. Overnight parking in the closest parking garage is $66.00

Perfect
Positives:
Room was cozy and had a great view to the empire state building, clean, hotel was very well located and all the staff was super friendly and helpful (especially mr. Sunil). My wife loved the amenities and said they were very high quality. They had flavored water/tea/juice for guests in the lobby for free (great after a long day of walking around) and provided us with free water bottles that we could take with us during the day. We asked them to keep our bags after checking out (our flight was late at night) and they kept them with no issues and offered to weigh them so we had no issues at the airport with the extra souvenirs.
Negatives:
A little on the pricey side, but it's Midtown so for the quality of service and location you can't really complain too much.

Lack of parking place. Check-out at 11 am is a joke for me. Midday should be a minimum.
