Positives: Good location. Near empire state building and subway. Jimmy was very helpful and kind.
Negatives: Hotel was smelly upon arrival. Staff were very rude and when commented upon they suddenly did their best to accommodate us, but as soon as we checked out they got back to their rude selves. Guess you need to be lucky on who’s working at the reception. Only 2 elevators available, so the wait can get very long if it’s busy. Too pricey for what you get. This will be our first and last time staying here. Would not recommend this place. Stayed at way better hotels with lower rates.

Negatives: The housekeeping was not up to standard. We stayed 4 nights nd the room ws not properly vaccum cleaned. On our second night the room was not cleaned till 4 pm
