The size of the rooms was smaller than expected but I guess it’s just a NY thing all the rest was very good. Location perfect, stuff friendly not like the rest of stuff in New York. Very clean… the view on the Empire State was awesome

The location is fantastic, close to many sights by walking, shops and restaurants are around, couple of cocktail bars. The bed is very comfortable, staff helpful, rooms are quiet (I was on the 17th floor), I could not ask for more.
Negatives:
There were no tea bags, but you can request them at the reception.

The location is great, a relatively quiet street in a very central and bustling part of the city; so everything is really close by but you don't feel overwhelmed. My room was actually very quiet because it was not street-facing. The people were all great, and the room (Deluxe Queen) was generously proportioned, comfortable, and very well-cleaned every day. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries too! Overall, I was generally happy with the value for money considering location in Manhattan. I would definitely stay there again for a business trip.
