Positives:
Location was great, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, it was a great stay.
Negatives:
We missed some vegetables for the breakfast, and it was hard to find a place to have a breakfast, because the dinning room is not very big. You have to come really early.

Fruit... always banana or orange
No bacon...only small burgers, same aspect
No tomatos, no mushrooms... Potatos only
Great the complementary drinks between 4 and 5 pm, although at that time tourists like us are around for visiting the city
Although a bit too much sightseeing, tours organized for Washington and Philadelphia + Amish were nice
Location is really good, as mid Manhattan with many places to visit reachable in few minutes walk, such as the Empire State Building and Broadway!
Negatives:
In our room, 1713, there was too noisy air circulation system, even with air conditioning off.
This through all the night...
I said that at front desk two times but nothing happened
We paid for rooms including breakfasts, everyday.
We then bought trips to Washington and Philadelphia at the hotel dedicated desk but was leaving earlier than breakfast time starts... so we could miss our paid breakfasts.
I had by myself to ask reception to prepare some grab & go bags!
First day was totally unsatisfactory, as quantity.
Second day, thanks to the intervention of hotel GM mr.
Kevin Catrambone (appreciated), bags were really OK.
I guess there should be more coordination between hotel and these trips.
Transportation to airport was OK, but driver made me noting that tip was not included so I has to withdraw money from atm for him at the airport...

Everything, especially the courteous and happy staff. They were on point, efficient, and friendly. They dealt with any issues professionally.
Negatives:
The elevator situation was a problem. The fact that you have to switch on the 14th floor is a bit annoying. But nothing else was a problem.

Cozy room, daily cleaning. For four people the spaces are a bit limited, impossible to open the large trolley but somehow you adjust. Spacious bathroom, it would have been better to have more shelves to put things, being precisely four. Breakfast buffet, varied choice. In my opinion there is no fruit (there are only bananas) and there may be more choices in terms of bread. Reception and reception service excellent. Great location.

my stay was double charged. On the 31st I checked out, but my flight was cancelled. Before returning to the hotel, I made a new reservation through Booking.com, but on the wrong dates. The receptionist then advised me to cancel the reservation on the app, without refunding the amount to my account, and then on the 2nd I checked out again and they charged my credit card again for the stay! I would like a refund of the amount from 02/06, paid unduly. Awaiting return.

2. Very quiet (could hear no noise and this is saying a lot since the hotel is located near Times Square)
3. Continental, all-you-can-eat breakfast was good to start the morning

5. Short walk to Penn Station, Times Square, Broadway, etc

Positives:
Room was spacious for two. Very clean and new. Large and comfy beds, quality mattress and sheets. Large windows with lots of light, but with the blinders we could make almost complete darkness for night. Also windows could be opened.
We did not experience most of teh problems reported in other reviews: during the 1 week stay, we only had to take the stairs once, all other days the elevator showed up within 2 minutes. Sometimes breakfast area wa busy, but we always found free table, never had to wait for one. Breakfast was good to have on site, but not much healthy options. Also luggage storage option after checkout. Overall we had a good stay and would return.
Negatives:
On the 17th floor outside noise was minimal, but despite we requested a quite room, we received one nearby some noisy facility. So even after midnight and 3-4-5am in the morning disturbing mechanical noise was coming from within the building, maybe a laundry room? maybe elevator machinery? I do not know.
AC was also noisy, so during end of May we did not need it so I just turend off complete for the week.
Despite of sustaianble signs on the walls breakfast was served in all plasticware.
This is not a hotel, but New York specific fact: hotels in Manhattan are ridiculously overpriced.
