Positives:
The Hotel is centrally located in Manhattan, close to main attractions and to the subway and midtown flixbus station. We arrived a Saturday afternoon and they had a complimentary happy hour, we had a couple of beers and a wine for free. Having breakfast included was a plus and staff was very friendly. WiFi worked well. Is a hotel that I would recommend to stay at when visiting New York.
Negatives:
The air conditioning was a little bit noisy, rooms are small but I know space in New York City is a luxury and walls seemed thin, we could hear when shower in next door room was being used.

Super friendly staff. Jeffrey from the reception was extremely helpful checking in and also helping us with our room on the first night. He switched our rooms quickly and was so nice and welcoming. Loved that
Negatives:
The only thing that was not correct was that with our room change on the first night, our new room did not have 2 water bottles. We did not need them but when we checked out we were charged for these even tho our room did not have these in the first place. That was weird. Also, the street corner on the 8th is a bit sketchy but this is not hotels fault ofc.

The breakfast is too simple with limited repetitive dishes. The rubbish bin trolleys are placed right in front of the entrance at night that bring bad smell. The housekeeping overlooks details, like forgetting to refill the shower gel.

The location was perfect for us. We had room on the 21st floor with the view on the Edge. Elevator was working okay, they were spacious and waiting time was short.
Negatives:
Breakfast could be better. During our stay there were plenty of people in hotel, and breakfast area was overcrowded, also meals e.g. cheese and sausages were only in one tinny place (2 plates) which was definitely not enough for number of people.
