Positives:
Breakfast was very good with different hot items each day. Muffins were delicious! For the carb conscious, they had oatmeal with a nice variety of toppings, yogurt and eggs, meats, turkey/chicken patty, cold cuts. Beds were very comfortable and no noise issues. Location excellent, metro stop 34 Penn st was the closest, with 2 other stops close by! Easier to get to JFK(local train plus air train) vs LGA(local train plus bus- bus stop in a very congested area of Queens! We were out until 3 am Sat night and felt safe waking from hotel to Taco Bell on main Street.
Negatives:
Long wait for elevators during peak hours i.e. breakfast time, (I took the stairs on first day from floor 22 to lobby) and breakfast area was also packed especially on weekends. Luckily i was able to find an open table on all days.

& breakfast was ideal.

This isn’t any reflection on the hotel but the street that it is on has what I would say is a homeless hostel. They have legalised cannabis in New York & it can be a bit scary when out at night.
