The location is amazing, Times Square is just around the corner. The room was clean and big enough. The beds were good!

The elevators takes ages before they arrive at your floor. We had to wait for 5+ minutes at some moments, so we decided to take the stairs for a lot of moments. The breakfast is very lingered and the breakfast room is way too small. Big lines at the toaster or the waffles and limited space to sit, so there were big line before entering the breakfast.

Set back just far enough away from the busy city streets but still close enough to access Times Square and the subway easily. Well kept building with great views from our 27th floor window. Customer service from the front desk and cafe hospitality were first rate. Breakfast was crowded at times but organised quickly and efficiently.
Special mentions to the two breakfast attendants, Teresa and Diomarys. We would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

Negatives:
Breakfast didn't meet my expectations. Firstly, dishes (cups, plates...) were from paper, while forks, knifes and spoons were from plastic. I would expect that hotel which is part of Marriott group have a bit higher standards. In addition, variety of choices on breakfast was quite modest (only eggs, waffles, and burgers...) and the breakfast room is small with limited number of tables.
