Positives:
The hotel had a legacy name and that id the reason I booked the hotel.
Negatives:
I did not like a lot of things. The hotel room wasn't clean. The staff was not much helpful. It was not even mentioned that the parking is included or excluded while booking the stay. We even found out that the water in the washroom was out in the morning and it took a lot of time to the hotel service to respond to any query.

The location is excellent. There is a restaurant in the lobby and if you don't like the food, there is a breakfast/bistro on the corner which is about 150 feet away and another convenience store about 500 feet away. The staff was great especially Jaedyn.
Negatives:
Nothing worth noting but for some reason, the UBER drivers had trouble locating the building. The GPS said you had arrived but it's closer to the corner of 35th street and 10th avenue.

Positives:
Location is very convenient, safe area (unlike 8th Avenue) and the facilities are brand new.
Negatives:
The room did not have a mini-fridge or a microwave. Other more affordable hotels in the area offer these things.
