Noisy. Dirty. Small. None of the usual/typical room items supplied (not even a cup to drink water.) In the morning, I had staff tap on the door and immediately swipe the key and open the door. TWICE. Unacceptable.

My bedroom was not clean and I suffered with the dust due to my allergy. When they change my room at the last night. The room was really noisy and cold. Heating didnt work. Fridge wasnt cooling down and missing lightbulb
