The staff were phenomenal here and really lovely. Let me check in early after a long overnight flight for no charge. Great bed, very comfortable, clean and trendy. The location was very central to everything you need - train, whole foods, good food and coffees and just a short walk to Bryant park.
Negatives:
No fridge or coffee making facilities meant you really needed to have every meal out, great to try the food but expensive in such a large city.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Central in Manhattan, good for public transport links.
Negatives:
Stayed 5 days, Sunday breakfast was a bit chaotic, short of staff, kitchen not so good. Other 4 days were very good, so maybe just a 1 day problem.
