Positives:
The Grayson was close to shopping, great restaurants, Time Square, broadway shows, and subway stations. The rooftop bar had great views. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful providing recommendations on nearby restaurants. Strong wifi. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
While wifi was strong, you had to reconnect when you got back to hotel. Food servings were generous but food was average. Rooms were quite small, although you had everything you needed. Little storage space. Pets allowed and barking dog was sometimes disturbing.

Try and get breakfast included in your rate if you can. It was excellent quality and a great way to start off the day. Gorgeous hotel. Great location.

Rooms were on the smaller side but that was to be expected in NYC. Mini fridge in room would have been a nice touch.

Negatives:
- Room lacks of facilities like kettle, fridges. When we request then employees bring kettle and fridges at night and the sound from the fridge is loud.
- Charging is very complicated to traveler. Always charge separately a night without clear explanation. It makes us very headache and worry.
- When we check in at night, no porter employee is available to support.
