Location is perfect to explore NYC. Hotel has all the amenities. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Booked with breakfast included was excellent every time and good variety of options. Roof top bar was a bonus in a fantastic city!

Staff were friendly overall. Bed was very comfortable. Modern finish to the rooms. Very good location. Subway stop was a minute away and it is beside Bryant Park.
Negatives:
Rooms were very small but expected for New York. Breakfast was slow but good. Charge for bottled water unless a Hyatt member. Coffee machine and kettle were only available on request. And the tiny bottles of shampoo, rinse and body wash was never replaced despite us staying a week and asking.

Room was fantastic. Clean and I was able to control the room temperature well. Had everything I needed. Also liked the shampoo and lotion in the room.
Negatives:
My issue is with your elevators. They are slow and if you happen to ride in an elevator going down but you select higher floors, after it reaches the lower level it clears out all floors so you have to put them in again. Probably took me 15 min just to try and get up to my room during a busy period. Really inefficient.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Best I have met. They were also very helpful when asked for recommendations for places around the city
Location is excellent, especially for people who visit for the first time

The staff were phenomenal here and really lovely. Let me check in early after a long overnight flight for no charge. Great bed, very comfortable, clean and trendy. The location was very central to everything you need - train, whole foods, good food and coffees and just a short walk to Bryant park.
Negatives:
No fridge or coffee making facilities meant you really needed to have every meal out, great to try the food but expensive in such a large city.
