I initially was given the wrong room number. When I tried to open the door with the key card, of course, it didn'ywork. Someone in the room came to the door, scared me to death. Went back to the front desk and then given the correct room number.

The staff are amazing and very helpful, location is only 5 minutes walk away from grand central, the rooms are clean, comfortable, maid service every morning, breakfast is good, and coffee available all day and night, would highly recommend this hotel, well worth the money

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant. The reception was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Special thank to Vera who cleaned our room so well and always smiling!
Also, I could not believe few negative about the breakfast, it was varied and exceptional, with different options available each day during our eight-day stay and very helpful staff making sure that everything was good.
Additionally, the location is fantastic—close to everything we wanted to explore.[, Grand Central, Public Library, Times Square 15 minutes walking! It was definitely worth it, and we would gladly stay here again! 5 - stars
