Room of fair dimensions for NYC standard, location is the best in midtown between Fifth and Sixth avenue, the breakfast included in the room’s price is ggod.
Negatives:
The rooms at lower floor are noisy but at higher floor the noise is acceptable for being in Midtown Manhattan.

Good size room for the amazing location it’s in. Excellent customer service; nicest people working there. Loved your hot, freshly baked cookies at 15:00. Actual daily housekeeping, that now days is a total scarcity everywhere. Great breakfast with variety of options. Subway is literally a 1 min walk away. Overall, we loved our stay and would most definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
The only, and I mean the ONLY little complaint were elevators. For a 20 floor building, 2 small elevators is not cutting it. So it was a very long wait for one. If we weren’t staying on floor 14, obviously I would take the stairs all the time.
