The staff was amazing. Everyone was really nice and helpful.
Negatives:
It was a bit deceiving thinking that we had and paid for a city view. But it was only a view of the empire State building which was nice but the hotel wasn't tall enough to overlook the cement building right outside of the window. When I booked the room I imagined that the room would overlook the city and the lights. But it didn't. That would be my only major complaint.
