The location was great. All the stuff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was acceptable.

Cleanliness of the room, specifically the carpet and chair was so dirty it was unusable. One of the elevators was down the entire time. Some of the evening staff was unfriendly. Lastly, no one answered the phone any time I tried calling.

There are only two elevators in the hotel and one of them was not working for 3.5 of the 4 days we stayed. There were frequent long waits for an elevator

The view from my bedroom. Classic NY skyline. The staff were hard working and went out of their way to help us.
