Room was big and on the backside so quiet. Our rooms were close together. Ice machine was close by. Coffee and water available in lobby was nice.
Negatives:
Elevators were terrible and always too busy. Morning breakfast was always crazy overcrowded. They were over an hour late letting us check in. Television was very glitchy in all 3 of our rooms. It was weird our double rooms had small fridge but not our king suite.

There were towels with hair on them. I asked the hotel to allow me to check in earlier because I had a two-month-old baby, I'd just arrived from a trip and I needed to change his diaper and give him a bottle and I wanted it to be done in a more comfortable way. I was told it wasn't possible and that was fine. The next day I was disappointed with the breakfast. There was no place for us to sit down. And not just us, but several people were eating standing up. It was very complicated, we had to wait for people to finish eating before we could sit down and this unfortunately made everything more complicated with a baby. And there were more mothers with their children standing waiting for seats. It was an experience not to be repeated

- Friendliness and availability of all the staff, always available for our requests
- Being close to the centre
- The breakfast is very good, varied and well organised, we particularly liked the cheese omelette days
- The family room is spacious and functional
Negatives:
There was nothing we really didn't like. Just small details:
- breakfast could have had a bit more variety of fruit (there were only oranges and apples)
- the cleaning service could be better organised, however whenever we asked for the room to be cleaned in a certain block of time, the request was met and the room was always spotlessly clean and tidy.

Great location, close to subway, Times Square and Broadway. Easy walking distance to other attractions such as Circle line cruise and Intrepid Museum.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel which is very convenient to shops, restaurants and transportation. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The extra perk was the "hot breakfast" included with the staff very attentive and making sure the tables are clean.
