The hotel was perfect for our needs. I loved that it was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, there are no extra fees, and the free breakfast. They also hold luggage at both check in and check out!

Charged for a refrigerator in room Wasn't informed housekeeping only cleans rooms every other day of your stay Some of the fixtures were hanging off the wall in the room (i.e. furnace plate)

Great location next to theaters, not too nosy at night overall considering proximity to Times Square. Noise died down about 11 each night

Not a great breakfast and not enough room to sit, I had to bring subpar food back to my room each morning to eat and many people overflowed into lobby for breakfast due to lack of seating. For cost of location, food should have been better
