the minuses there are smelly and narrow corridors, there is no simple fitness room, dirty windows that you don’t even want to look through, the shower is broken, we were waiting for it to be replaced with a new one, the room is very small, there is not even a normal place to go if you For families, it’s better to find something more expensive, breakfast wasn't very good either

Hotel was very well located in midtown, just a couple of blocks away from The Empire State Building. Hotel was really well presented and very comfortable, most definitely would recommend to others.
Suited us as a couple with closet space that was big enough to store our two cases and all of our clothes.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Second and last time we stay at this hotel for a conference. We had issues both years.
Negatives:
They never refunded one of the deposits of the 7 bookings we made, and then made unauthorised charges to my credit card remotely. When confronted they said neither of these things happened, but were not able to provide any invoices or proof of payment. After weeks of emails without a response from them, I had to start a chargeback process with my credit card.
