Positives: Location was great
Negatives: Dirty floors in lobby and elevator. No service elevator for staff. One busy afternoon during check-ins both elevators were occupied by staff with hotel laundry and the other with cleaning carts. Guests had to wait. Our bathroom floor wasn’t swept washed nor was our room vacuumed during the 9 days we were there. We also had to continually ask for towels. There were two of us in the room. When we complained about the poor housekeeping service, we were told that this particular level of Hilton includes floor washing and vacuuming only every 4 days. We were there 9 days so what happened we asked. We never got a satisfactory response. There was also a large flavored water drink bowl in the lobby for guests a nice idea, but half the time it was empty or there were no cups. Poor attention to detail.

Positives: Comfortable clean good sized room. Locality close to Penn Station, street has some lovely plant and flower shops Friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: It is quite noisy at night due to the street noise and the aircon noise. Sleeping with earplugs helps.
