The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was good. The amount of storage in the room and the size of the room was good.
Negatives:
The price of the room. What we paid to what we got was absolutely not worth it. The staff were ok but not overly attentive (the breakfast staff were good).
The elevators badly need replacing or servicing. One of them sounded like it was going to malfunction. One morning just after we went down for breakfast, both elevators malfunctioned with people stuck in them!!!

The hotel is old and stuffy and in need of some much needed upgrades. Room phone didn’t work even after I went to complain as well as the room coffee machine which was only replaced on the last night which was too late.

Good position for walk to many attractions and close metro/subway connections to multiple line so it’s easy to reach any part of the city.
Negatives:
In some case it appears when you book your room that breakfast is included, which is actually not true. Not all the equipment was functioning like the ice machine on 3th floor.
