2 elevators. One broke for most of our stay (broken for more than 26 hours, no visible sign of repair effort upon departure ). Staff seemed oblivious; not even a sorry for inconvenience sign. We waited, actually timed, 10 and 9 minutes on 2 occasions.

Location,location,location. Very comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Room small and cramped. Poor seating. One uncomfortable office type chair for two people. Bathroom very modern but not comfortable. Shower pressure so high is was uncomfortable. Layout awkward.

comfortable. Had a microwave which very few hotels have. A big plus for us. Very convenient location and central to lots of key places. All our needs were met. The reception called the day before we left to ask if we would like transportation for our onward journeythis I thought was excellent and quite anticipatory. Well done.
Negatives:
Window View from our room was just not pleasant. Some grey buildings and a chimney. cleaners sometimes chatting loudly outside the room door when cleaning other rooms. Hotel should look into this.
The are just 2 lifts and between 7-9am were very busy so we had to keep taking the stairs. Fortunately we were on the sixth floor.
