Great location and does what it says on the tin. My room was being redecorated so I was upgraded. Large rooms by NYC standards, quiet hotel and comfy bed.

Toilet flushing issues - reported and fixed but kept happening during my trip. Rooms are dated how ever I think they are working on this.

It was close to EVERYTHING. We walked everywhere. The staff was very nice and asked to hold our bags after checking out since our flight out was at 5pm

The rotating door would just stop and have you trapped in for about 3 seconds.

Bathroom was not clean when we arrived at check-in; AC unit did not control temperature well - either too hot or too cold and it was always humid in the room; room window looked into an adjacent office building so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy; the TV did not work (Live TV option). When we called the staff about the dirty bathroom, they said cleaning staff was gone for the day "sorry for the inconvenience" and didn't offer to give us another room.
