The hotel's staff was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The hotel's location is within walking distance of the New Amsterdam Theatre, and a number of other popular sites & restaurants - Sardi's, for example.

In the heart of it...
Positives:
This Hilton Garden Inn is a really nice hotel. They have the best of the best when it comes to customer service. I like the fact that every morning, I saw either the General Manager or another lady (not sure of her name nor title) standing in the lobby by the front doors greeting people and/or wishing everyone a great day in the city as they are leaving out for the day. It made me feel as if they were available to me and willing to help if I needed them. Room was very clean.

Great staff at check in- and liked the welcoming and saying good bye when you entered and left the hotel. The gym was good - kettlebells would be a great addition.
