Great location. 5 minutes walking distance to MTA 34st-Penn station. close to some of latest famous tourist spot, 10-15 mins walking distance to Hudson Yard, Vessel and the Edge. Room space is bigger than i thought. so does bathroom.
Negatives:
if it's very late, it seems not very safe around that area. but just my feeling, I just choose to walk very fast back to hotel when it's night.

Marie, the receptionist, basically ruined our experience with this hotel. This is the first time in my life that I have had to write a negative hotel review, as I understand its impact on future guests' decisions.
She gave us two hard times at both our encounters: checking in and getting an invoice. Just imagine the first impression and last impression are upsetting, for a day trip in New York.

Staff was very nice and polite, accommodating extra requests to change the room if available. Good price for the location, and key services provided.
Negatives:
Cleanness could be better. I had a very unpleasant experience with the room not being properly cleaned after previous guests, however when I asked the team at the reception to help with it, it was dealt with the best approach and attitude, very thankful. Wardrobe was a bit too small.
