The property was in a great location and the male members of staff were very helpful.
Negatives:
The room was dark with dark furnishings, there was no kettle to make tea although the coffee machine gave hot water it had remnants of coffee, and paper cups were not ideal. The main disappointment was on check out, we were told we had no charges on our room (which we knew) and they still kept our security deposit. Several requests for a receipt or refund have fallen on deaf ears and emails ignored.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was attentive and kind, the room was beautiful, the terrace was so nice, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The location was perfect also, within walking distance to Times Square, Central Park and so much more!

Skyy who checked us in was lovely and our nicest experience with service while there.
Negatives:
Our air con didn’t work properly in our city view room, engineer had to come twice, then they wanted to send a third time I asked for a new room- the new room was a downgrade to a standard smaller room and no compensation offered, when I asked I got 2 $10 Starbucks vouchers….. which is ridiculous considering the difference in the room amount per night.
We asked for house keeping and came back to the room at 4:30pm, it hadn’t happened so I called to check and was told we were on the list still- they never came.

I was on the 21st floor, I called the front desk to allow my guest come upstairs but no one answered the phone and the staff were very rude to my guest.
My card was charged for the two small bottles of water in the room, it was written that the bottles of water are complimentary for Hilton Honors members but I was charged despite being an Hilton Honors member.

Staff and location were good. Room was decent for the price point and location.
Negatives:
Thermostat made getting room temperature comfortable very difficult. It was reading about 10 degrees cooler than it felt and was on an automated schedule that made adjustments only temporary. For example, it would revert to the hotels programming at 11:30 pm nightly, which was uncomfortably hot given that it appeared to be reading the room temperature incorrectly.
